Keeping our employees and customers safe

High Mountain is dedicated to the safety of our employees and Montana Families. Having heat in Montana is not a luxury, it is a necessity. That is one of the reasons that HVAC is listed as an essential service and why we will remain open during the Shelter In Place mandate of 3/27/20. While we remain open, we have put a few policies in place to protect our employees and customers:

  • Our office is closed to visitors. Several of our office staff are working from home but this will pose no barrier to answering calls, emails, or scheduling requests. Payments via credit card will still be accepted over the phone and checks can still be mailed in.
  • Technicians have been asked not to shake hands with customers - even though we are still happy to see you!
  • Technicians are asked to wash hands, or use hand sanitizer, as often as possible. Especially between service calls.
  • Any employee who is sick will not be permitted to attend a service call in your home.
  • Employees are encouraged to maintain safe, recommended distances from others.

 

If you scheduled service and you or a close contact have been diagnosed with COVID-19, are currently in quarantine (self or doctor directed), or are experiencing symptoms similar to COVID-19, please let us know BEFORE we arrive. Please do not hesitate to let us know. If your HVAC equipment is outdoors, or if you have an emergency HVAC failure, we may still be able to help you without risking our employees health.
